The Intuitive Zone

The Intuitive Zone

Do you want to play tennis like the pros? I'm sure you do. So how do they play?

They don't spend one second thinking about mechanics or, in other words, technical elements of their strokes. They play what I call automatic tennis.

Here's the thing, though. Tennis is a counterintuitive game. When you start playing as a beginner, you are going to play wrong intuitively. So it is of the utmost importance that you learn the proper fundamentals.

The fascinating thing is that intuitive technical elements on all strokes will develop independently. It is not something that you have to learn. It will happen on its own.
